Dear Scientists,
Turaz Science Association and Azerbaijan Forensic Medicine and Pathology Association, which started its activities in order to ensure that our Turkish, which is the language of the heart, becomes the language of science and to establish a common scientific network among scientists in the Turkic States, has taken part in the organization of 4 international congresses, 5 national congresses, 4 international courses and 17 workshops, and in the formation of Medicine Science and Novel Forensic Research (NOFOR) medical journals.
Under the leadership of the Turaz Scientific Association, Azerbaijan Forensic Medicine and Pathology Institute and Samarkand Medical University, together with other Turkic states and respected scientists from around the world, the V. International Turaz Academy Congress will be held in Samarkand, the second largest city of Uzbekistan, on September 11-13, 2025.
Samarkand, one of the most important cities of the Silk Road, the world-famous trade route starting from China and extending to Europe through Anatolia and the Mediterranean, which has raised important scientists such as Ibni Sina and Ali Kuşçu, and which is defined as the foremost of the world's paradises, has come to the fore in recent years as a place where the pulse of science beats along with its historical and cultural heritage. It is a great honor for us, Turkish scientists, to accompany our compatriots on this journey to make Samarkand an important city of science.
In this congress, the Turaz Scientific Association, which is a common scientific network of scientists in the Turkish geography; pathology, forensic anthropology, forensic psychiatry, medico-legal autopsy practice, crime scene investigation, evaluation of cases of sexual assault, medical malpractice and many other topics will be discussed. In the discussion of the issues, a holistic approach will be followed, including not only the identification of the problem but also the solution suggestions. It is aimed to touch daily life by sharing the scientific outputs obtained with the public and decision-making mechanisms. Vision
To increase scientific cooperation with scientists in Turkic States and Communities by establishing a common platform in many fields, especially forensic sciences, forensic medicine and pathology, and to make Turkish the language of science.

To organize congresses and meetings in order to develop activities in the fields of Forensic Sciences, Medicine and Law, to ensure that Turkish is the universal language of science by cooperating at home and abroad, and to create information unity.
Method
In order to develop"Turkish" as a language of science among Turkish-speaking states, workshops and seminars are organized in the fields of forensic sciences and law, and scientific studies are shared internationally through the unity of legislation.
